i have two more papers next week.
Exactly 1.15pm next wed i'll be done with my 3 years edu in HELP =)
ok exam finishes at 2 but its mcq n i usually come out that time coz after 1.30 we have to wait till 2. the rule x make sense to me...but well, most rules dont anyway!
i'm thankin my lucky stars coz 2 outta 3 papers this sem are all MCQ and btw they are both thought by Dr. Logan.

i think HELP's Psych Dept is fastest by far at replying e-mails. all other companies which i email to take forever to reply! like i have nuthin to do then check my mail everyday (which i do...coz i'm kiasu lik that)

transformers was awesome! ppl clapped in the cinema's (yes i can still watch movies =)) and i found it so much funnier than the first...oohh i lurvvvveee BumbleBee, he's so adorable isnt he? =D

the best part of the night was NISHTA! she was the bomb la...singing loudly in the car, then on the way to asia cafe, then in asia cafe, walkin bak to the car and finally on the way back also!

2nd stop : BATU Caves

to me, who lives only minutes away from bt caves...its really just batu caves. but since its a tourist attraction..we brought ahmed here.
basically the hindus went praying first-but we made it quick. then we hiked up the stairs...almost attacked by munkees--> which is a constant threat in bt caves. nishta got attacked by a munkee and she went lik " Nehi.....Nehii... (No..NO... in HIndi) hahah..

i've been very busy-which is obvious coz i havent been updating.
ok so ahmed is goin back to kenya today....and in the days before today we have been goin out in the name of farewell party alottt!!

we went on a weekend and it was the agong's bday or sumn...it was packed i tell u!
wat were we thinking! we waited n waited n waited for everythin!! 6 hours=3 games, so go figure.
but..but..BUT....we still had fun coz we played our own string of games, rhyming words, charade, whisper, naming-related-words, oh n most important cam-whoring. we were even entertaining few tourist who were lining up as well =)

seee my friends dont need training. they pose on cue! so terror...
i went on the crazy space shot; the thing takes u up 30 ft n drops u. my heart was in my mouth! but i'll go again anytime =D soooo niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

therefore, your guide to knowing an indian family (read: my indian family)

1. u shud just stay at home all the time. if u go out more than once a week...., its whoa! bad!!even if ur bored to death just stay home. good girls x go out.

2. so what if in 4 years of coll u've only been on a trip with ur friends twice. day trip: genting and holiday: Sabah

3. only go on trips if ur dad is there. coz apparently all men we knw are trained in martial arts or some form of combat to keep the bad guys away

4. ladies shud not be outside after dark. esp if u live in gombak and tho ur hse is so freaking close.

5. if ur dad is not around u just stay home 4 all holidays coz its a crime 4 women to go holiday on their own remember?

6. wen e1 else complains their children are irresponsible n feeding off their parents, this ppl are happy to keep u at home n get u married off to the first nice boy that pops. stay at hoem all u want just x go out.

7.neuroticism at its worst. pessimistic, hear motorbike: snatch thief comin.
after 8 doors shud be close. all the what-ifs in the world comes to play.

8. they'll ALWAYS come up with new excuses to keep u at home. wen they alone, x go. if extended family comes, not alone but now its "everyone is here, how can u go out?"

9. they educate u, give u brains to think for yourself and u repay them by being good children who study, gop to coll, fin degree, try findin job, dont do drugs, dont do alcohol, dont do boys....be basically all nice n boring----> BUT they still x trust u. probably they never will. they say they do, but they dont.

the-stupid-waiter-story

yesterday after exams, mich, kohi and me decided to go for dinner at Ali Maju. i specifically was craving for Telur Bungkus. for those of u who don't knw wt it is, it has pieces of chicken in it cooked in not-too-spicy sauce and wrapped in an ommelette. here's a picture (half eaten d-coz i was starving!)


so we order rite, mich n i say telur bungkus dan nasi putih --> dua. and after a while they bring it, as i was abt to digg in, mich tells me to stop> its BEEF. so i call the waiter and say i dont eat beef and obviously asking for an replacement.
this berlagak pandai waiter starts givin me a lecture on how i shud have ordered more clearly. wth!

a) i have ordered the same telur bungkus many times before and so has mich and we never had to specify wt meat we wanted. so obviously by now i think telur bungkus is cooked with chicken. but No. apparently its cooked with daging- everytime-according to Mr. i'm- so-smart Waiter.

b) on the menu it says; telur bungkus, telur bistik (ayam/daging), ...etc. therefore how on the bloody earth am i supposed to know telur bungkus comes in ayam AND daging?? the damn management shud specify THAT on the menu!

ok so its prolly not his fault or mine, just m/understanding.fine....then he brings me the telur bungkus with chicken and starts his lecture..AGAIN abt how i shud specify wt i want.

and i told him la my reasonings: a) and b). but no can't back dwn, can he?. still goin on bout how i shud have ordered clearly!

helllooooo......isn't the customer always right?! and besides i do feel i'm right!
god i wish he spoke english!!it wud have gone on n on!!
finally he moved away after i just looked dwn at my food and ignored him.
